We were delighted with the luxurious amenities provided by this hotel. the spa and wellness centre exceeded our expectations, with a wide range of massage treatments and a refreshing sauna. We enjoyed lounging at the heated swimming pool area, surrounded by sun loungers and garden area. the bar/lounge area was an elegant place to unwind after a long day exploring the city.
the staff quickly resolved the issue and provided us with a complimentary fruit basket as an apology.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. it is close to nearby hospitals and the airport, providing convenience for those with physical handicaps.
The hotel lacked proper maintenance and the staff was not friendly or helpful.

We had an excellent stay with attentive staff, helpful recommendations, and an upgrade. Good facilities, great breakfast, and a convenient transportation service. The reception staff, particularly Ramy, were very helpful.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in a prime location near Taksim. The suite I stayed in was huge, clean, and well-maintained with beautiful views from the big windows. Plus, the separate sleeping and living areas were a great touch. The service was great, with the duty manager personally cute me and even upgrading my room. The pool was like a VIP experience as there were hardly any other guests using it. And the reasonable price was definitely a bonus.

The staff was helpful, providing useful information about the hotel and places to visit. They also arranged transportation to nearby areas and were always friendly and cute. The location was convenient, near the Osman Bey metro station and in a good neighborhood. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast had a good selection of food.

Ho avuto un soggiorno davvero piacevole presso questo hotel a due passi dal centro. La struttura è nuovissima e curata in ogni dettaglio. Ho apprezzato particolarmente l'attenzione alla pulizia e la posizione strategica in pieno centro di Lipari. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, fornendo informazioni utili su luoghi da visitare, spiagge e ristoranti. Inoltre, la colazione servita nel bellissimo giardino interno era davvero abbondante e ricca di novità ogni giorno. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia trascorrere una piacevole vacanza sull'isola.
Tutto è stato perfetto, non ho trovato alcun aspetto che potesse essere migliorato.
